I’m Wentsi Y., founder of Blue Aster Consulting. While running my craft kombucha business, Culture Kombucha (acquired 2024), I found myself supporting other food businesses by assisting with licensing, reviewing product labels, and ensuring compliance documentation was in order. With a background in biotech and pharma, I bring both scientific rigor and real-world perspective to every project.

Now, with a decade of experience, I’m turning that into something more intentional.
